Community Housing (Vic) Ltd invites suitably qualified registered builders (Suppliers) to submit a quote for works. Community Housing Ltd (CHL) is undertaking a project at 64-68 Anderson Street, Lilydale which includes construction of 15 units and renovation of the existing building.
The Project consists of:
* Construction of 15 dwellings which comprise of 5 x 1 bedroom units and 10 x 2 bedroom units.
* Construction and paving of car park.
* Alterations to existing building.
* The site is adjacent to existing heritage listed Church. Part of the Church will be retained due to heritage restrictions and other part without heritage restrictions will be renovated to include Office / toilet and the basic infrastructure for a future ablution block.
* Procuring full occupation permit.
* Demolition works to part of the existing building.
