Tenders are invited for suitably qualified contractors with the requisite skills, licences and experience to undertake the detailed design documentation and construction of a new compliant public toilet based on concept drawings & specifications provided by Council.
The Elsternwick Park South public toilet is located close to the Bent Avenue and New Street Brighton.
The works include the following components:
* Detailed design and documentation based on Ardent Architects architectural concept drawings.
* Demolition of the existing toilet
* All relevant permits, engineering, certifications and compliances.
* All construction requirements.
* Modification & connection to existing sewer and commissioning.
* Modification & connection to existing water service.
* Supply and installation of new underground mains supply from the existing electrical pole to the proposed toilet.
* All other electrical power and lighting and commissioning as documented & specified.
* Installation of granitic path and landscaping/tree removal, as detailed.
