Tender Description
The Works are split into two separable portions. The Principal may elect to construct only one separable portion or both separable portions:
* Separable Portion 1:
Design and construct two (2) accessible toilet facilities generally in accordance with Drawing 1 and AS1428.1-2009.
* Separable Portion 2:
Design and construct one (1) laundry facilities generally in accordance with Drawing 2.
