Project goals
The objective of this project is to meet operational and compliance needs by the existing Kyogle field depot building through:
- Addressing additional staffing requirements
- Upgrading facilities to meet compliance standards
- Consolidating staff currently dispersed across the area
- Enhancing the overall workplace environment
Scope
The Construction works in the Kyogle field depot building will include all associated trades required to complete the works in accordance with the documented design and specifications.
The type of activities covered by this project include:
- Partial demolition of walls within the existing Field depot
- Installation of new concrete slab
- Supply and installation of new wall framing, roof framing and insulation
- Supply and installation of new roofing and cladding
- Supply and installation of new windows and doors
- Structural steel mezzanine extension
- Supply and installation of internal linings and floor coverings
- Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Data & CCTV services
- Installation of new Hydrant service
