Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Consultancy Services for Paths and Trails – Yarra Ranges Plan (‘the Services’).
This project comprises the following seven (7) delivery phases:
* Phase 1: Base Data Review & Analysis;
* Phase 2: Community Consultation & Priorities;
* Phase 3: Investigation & Development of Community Activation for Connectedness & Inclusion Programs;
* Phase 4: Investigation & Development of Paths, Trails & Infrastructure Needs;
* Phase 5: Opportunities for Tourism, Commerce, Funding & Sponsorship on a Community/Local level and Regional/State/Federal Level;
* Phase 6: Plan Costing & Programming & Community Consultation; and
* Phase 7: Draft Document Council Report & Presentation for Endorsement.
This is a lump sum contract, however, applicants are required to develop a cost breakdown that demonstrates the professional fees and any associated costs.
Tenderers are advised that the consultancy start date shall be within two (2) weeks of tender award, which is likely to be late May 2018, and the project must be completed by no later than 31 May 2019.
Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
