1. INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the Waves Leisure Centre, reception and foyer area.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Demolition and removal of existing reception cabinetry, retail shop space, floor coverings
* Expansion of the Centre’s communication room, and associated works to ensure protection the Centre’s IT hardware is protected from the aquatic centre environment
* Construction of a new reception and retail space, and associated works.
It is Council’s intention to award the contract by the 23rd April 2018. Works will occur whilst the Centre remains operational, with the majority of works to be completed within the July school holiday period, 2nd July – 13th July 201.
