Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably and experienced Respondents to enter into a minimum five (5) year lease with Canterbury Bankstown Council for use of the kiosk in Gough Whitlam Park that currently trades as Cooks River Canteen. Council is also offering non-exclusive use by way of a licence which will be incorporated into, and form part of the lease, for an outdoor seating area of approximately 12 metres by 12 metres adjoining the south-eastern side of the kiosk as shown on an indicative plan attached to this tender document.
