Tender Description
Strathbogie Shire Council proposes to undertake flood damage repairs arising from a storm event that occured in this vicinity in early December 2017.
6 x Contracts
Tenders are invited for two levels of work as follows:
Minor Repairs for flood impacted roads and associated infrastructure.
Major Repairs for flood impacted roads and associated infrastructure.
Seperate contracts shall be offered for each of the above works, separated into 3 x geographic areas or zone within the municipality as follows:
* East of Hume Hwy, south of Euroa-Mansfield Road.
* East of Hume Hwy, north of Euroa-Mansfield Road.
* West of Hume Hwy.
Tenders are invited for a total of 6 separate contracts.
The Contracts shall be a schedule of rates based.
As at the time of tendering Council has assessed and quantified a range of work to be undertaken. That assessment process is still continuing. A final scope of the work is yet to be determind. The extent and nature of the damages varies from site to site. The likely end value of the contracts for each zone will vary.
Tenders will be received until 4.00pm Wednesday 04 April 2018.
