Quotes are invited and will received by the undersigned until 12 noon on 7 March 2018 for the hire of the Bowman Hall for New Year's Eve, 31 December 2018.

Quotes must be submitted on an application form and placed in a sealed envelope endorsed 'Quotes New Year's Eve 2018'. The sealed envelope should then be placed in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.

Application forms and rules and conditions regarding the hiring of the hall are available on Council's website: www.blacktown.nsw.gov.au under the heading of Hall Bookings or alternatively from the Blacktown City Information Centre Counter, also located on the Ground Floor of the Administration Centre.

The minimum quotation accepted will be no less than the applicable public holiday charge rate listed in Council's Goods and Services Pricing Schedule.

The highest or any tender will not necessary be accepted. Quotes received after the closing time will not be accepted.

The public are invited to be present to the opening of quotes immediately after closing time in the Ground Flor Foyer.
