Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the Roof Replacement to Manningham Council Building Maintenance Office.

The scope of works includes:
* Removal and reinstatement of all roof safety and plant equipment
* Replacement of all roof sheeting, laserlite sheeting and flashings

The full scope of the required works is detailed within the specifications and drawings provided for download.

A site visit has been scheduled for:

Thursday 1st March 2018 at 3.30pm - meeting at Reception Area of Manningham Depot, 620 Blackburn Road, Doncaster East 3109 (Melway Ref: 34 D3)

It is preferred that works be completed by 29th June 2018. Tenderers are requested to submit their earliest start date and their proposed construction program for the entire project.
