Tender Description
Council is seeking an experienced Construction Contractor to undertake the construction of a new Visitor Information Centre (VIC), Gathering Space and the demolition of the existing Visitor Information Centre on the same site.
The works will be staged to allow the continued use of the existing VIC until construction of the new VIC has been completed. Demolition of the existing VIC shall only commence once the new VIC has been opened to the public.
