Tender Description
Project: Council is seeking tenders to construct approximately 153m of footpath and kerb and gutter, stormwater drainage improvements, retaining walls, cycle lane reconstruction, water main relocation, property access reconstructions and associated works on the western side of Brisbane Water Drive between House 149 and Tania Drive, Point Clare.
Pre-Tender Meeting: Mandatory pre-tender meetings will be held on Thursday 15 February at 10am and Friday 16 February at 10am.
Attendees are to meet at the corner of Tania Drive and Brisbane Water Drive, Point Clare. Attendance is at the tenderer's expense. Failure to attend at least one of the meetings shall result in the tender not being considered.
Note: Attendance is only required at one of the meetings.
