Tender Description
1.1 The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Pinks Reserve Stormwater Harvesting Project, (Melways Ref Map 51H7).
1.2 Tenderers are advised that the construction start date shall be no later than 12 March 2018 and the project must be completed by no later than 31 May 2018.
1.3 Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed. Please zip your tender submission together with any other relevant documents and upload the zipped file as per the instructions within the tender.

A Pre-tender meeting will be held at Pinks Reserve, (Melways Ref Map 51H7) 1 February at 11am. A site inspection of the existing facility will be conducted prior to the meeting. Tenderers are strongly advised to attend and should indicate their intention to do so by contacting Beth Wallis, b.wallis@yarraranges.vic.gov.au with details of proposed attendees.
