The Department of Education and Training (DET) (the Department) is seeking responses to this Invitation to Supply (ITS) 17/18-041 DET Evaluation Panel.
The Department is seeking to establish a non-mandated panel of suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers who may be contracted to provide expert evaluation services including the scoping and conduct of evaluations.
The DET Evaluation Panel will provide a streamlined arrangement to procure external expertise to meet timing, capacity or expertise shortfalls from within the Department.
A panel (also referred to as a multi-use list) is an arrangement under which a number of Service Providers may each supply goods or services to the Department as specified in the panel contract arrangements. A panel has a number of Service Providers and operates for a defined period. Becoming a member of the Evaluation Panel does not guarantee work but provides Service Providers with the opportunity to bid for specific projects against other Suppliers on the panel.
Invitees may submit a response as members of consortia. It is to be noted that consortia selected to be members of the Evaluation Panel will be required to provide the Department with an updated membership list on at least an annual basis.
