Tender Description
The Greater Dandenong City Council (the “Client”) invites tenders for: Spring Valley Landfill Cap Rehabilitation – Consultancy Services, as detailed in the Tender Documents.
The services under this consultancy contract should include;
* Acting as the Superintendent’s Representative for the Spring Valley Landfill Cap Rehabilitation construction contract (AS2124).
* Engaging or acting as the geotechnical testing authority (GTA) for the Spring Valley Landfill Cap Rehabilitation construction contract.
* Organising or conducting material testing in a NATA registered geotechnical testing laboratory for the Spring Valley Landfill Cap Rehabilitation construction contract.
* Liaising with and engaging the EPA appointed Environmental Auditor to ensure compliance with the PAN notice and technical specification (inclusive of preparation of a final compliance report).
