Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Reconstruction of the Woodburn-Coraki Road in various locations between Woodburn and Coraki in NSW.
The contract scope is for the reconstruction of the roadway as indicated in the construction drawings and civil works to meet those requirements including drainage and pavement reconstruction as required.
The Contractor shall undertake all works in a professional manner which includes, but is not limited to the following;
* Provide all personnel, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work
* Installation of environmental controls including sediment and erosion controls, bunding if required, etc
* Preparation of aggregate dump sites to limit contamination of materials. An approved dump site is located approximately 800m west of Old Ferry Road on the northern side of Woodburn Coraki Road however other private sites (cane pads) may be available in the area. The Contractor is to make their own inquiries in this regard (potential site owners contact details can be provided by Council).
