Tender Description
Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. TMRICT17021 for Provision of a Managed Service for the electronic Development Application Management (eDAM) System as specified in PART B - QITC Draft Contract.
This ITO will cover the following requirements:
a. Transition in to a new hosting and support arrangement;
b. Ongoing application and data hosting;
c. Ongoing application management and support;
d. Ongoing third-party software support;
e. Transition-out plan and activities; and
f. Ad hoc application enhancements.
g. Advice on system architecture;
h. Advice on future evolution of the application.
The following is out-of-scope for this ITO:
a. A wholesale system reform/replacement or significant architectural change to the eDAM System.
Suppilers are required to complete and return Part C - ITO Response Schedules and associated attachments.
