Tender Description
The NSW Department of Education (DoE) is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) to understand possible solutions and indicative costs for the provision of film creation services and a collaborative platform, including:
* Video editing services
* Collaborative platform for hosting and sharing of video content
* Account management
All services should be provided online in order to be equally accessible to all DoE users across NSW. DoE users should be able to submit raw footage and interact with/provide feedback to editors who will assist with converting the raw footage into short films that showcase best practice and innovation in DoE schools. Once approved, the completed films should be made available via a video content hosting and sharing collaborative platform. This online platform must include the ability for DoE users to create groups and subgroups, with cascading authorisation levels and the capability for central access that is able to authorise, remove, or otherwise control all groups and content across the entire DoE platform.
