Tender Description
This Expression of Interest is for the provision of full design and construct services to supply and install insulation to the Elephant Cow Barn at Melbourne Zoo. The area of the roof is roughly 610 square metres and consists of elevated works.
The contractor shall present for acceptance proposed insulation material and develop details of connection between the insulation panels and the existing building in consultation with the Melbourne Zoo team.
The scope of services that may be required in the Tender phase may include but not be limited to what is pre-scribed in the preliminary drawings as specified by Plico Designs.
Works are to commence on the 19th February 2017.
