Building Works Geelong Target Rifle Club

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00pm on Wednesday 6 December 2017, from experienced contractors to undertake alterations and additions works to the Geelong Target Rifle Club.

In order to submit a conforming tender Contractors are required to submit the attached T1800016 Pricing Schedule.

Mandatory Criteria
* The tenderer must have demonstrated experience delivering similar projects for a Government organisation within the last three (3) years.

Refer to the Specification document for scope of work and drawings for full details. All works must be carried out in accordance with the specification and accompanying drawings, details drawings and schedules.

The tenderer must clearly demonstrate its expertise, capabilities and competency, based on previous experience, in similar projects and provide documented details of successful completion of such projects relative to timeframes, safety and work quality. Please refer to the Tender Schedules document for responses required. Please complete and return Tender Schedules as part of your submission.

The tender evaluation panel will consider the details of the tenderer's OH&S system provided in or in response to Schedule 7 of the documents attached.

Tenders which do not contain details of OH&S systems which meet the minimum required standards will not be considered for the contract.
