Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Southern Grampians Shire Council invites submissions from qualfied and experience contractors, to repair damaged roof decking and wall cladding at the Hamilton Indoor and Aquatic Centre (HILAC). The works consists of the removal of existing and installation of new components and associated works (flashing, downpipes, box gutters, rain heads, custom made ridge capping, sealing, wall cladding repairs, and roof decking treatment and painting etc.).

Please note: This tender requires completion of an online form which will become part of your submission for evaluatiion. Failure to complete the form as required, may result in your submission not being included in the evaluatin process.

Please note: there will be a Pre-Tender site meeting on 30 November @HILAC 1:00pm -3:00pm where access to the roof area will be provided to any contractors wishing to attend.

No notifiation of attendance is required.
