Tender Description
The successful Tenderer will be required to provide an executive search and recruitment service on an as required basis whilst continuing to adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Department may also require the successful Tenderer to provide expert facilitators on an ad hoc basis to assist the Department to deliver its leadership programmes.
The executive search process may require the successful Tenderer to conduct confidential enquiries by drawing on extensive personal and professional networks, databases, and government and other relevant directories, industry and professional associations to supplement the field of candidates.
The Requirement includes provision of:
(a) An executive search and recruitment service (as described in clause 2 of the Requirement);
(b) An executive search only service (as described in clause 1.2 of the Requirement); and
(c) Facilitators for leadership programmes (as described in clause 3 of the Requirement),
as required.
