Tender Description

This contract relates to the construction of the park and playground at Autumn Place.
The Works comprise but are not limited to:
* Setting out of the Works;
* Construction of Pavements
* Construction of Timber decking
* Construction of Insitu walls
* Construction of playground
* Supply and install furniture & shelters
* Coordination with building contractors and playground suppliers
* Construction of edging & fencing
* Construction of mulched garden beds,
* Supply and planting of groundcovers, shrubs and advanced trees;
* Hydroseeding
* Establishment Maintenance Period of landscape works
