Tenders are invited from commercially registered building contractors to refurbish the Accessible and Female Toilets in the Foyer at Malvern Town Hall, located at 1251 High Street, Malvern, in accordance with the Tender Documents for Contract T18009, between 2 January 2018 and 16 February 2018.

The work to be carried out under the Contract involves:
* Establishment of a safe and secure construction work site, including a small secure compound for the delivery and storage of construction materials;
* Demolition of the existing floor coverings, wall linings, ceiling linings, joinery, partitions, fixtures and fittings in each toilet;
* Construction of new floor coverings, wall linings, ceiling linings, joinery, partitions, fixtures and fittings in each toilet;
* Completion by no later than Friday 16 February 2018.
