Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the CILC Stage 2 - Terry Vickerman Building.
The contract provides for stage 2 of the refurbishment and fitout of the Cranbourne Indoor Leisure Centre, Terry Vickerman Building, 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East (Melway 134 C6) . Works include refurbishment of existing shed structure (10,276m2) and internal fitout and construction of new indoor sporting facilities and equipment with amenities. Construction consists of steel and timber structure/framing on existing slab construction, polycarbonate and metal deck cladding. Contract will also include landscaping to north and south frontages.
