Tender Description
Redevelopment of St Albans Leisure Centre, 90 Taylors Road, St Albans.
Council is seeking interested parties to attend a market sounding briefing on this project to explore possible uses and opportunities for the redevelopment of the site. Approved tenants will have the opportunity to provide input into the design of a purpose-built facility as part of the wider leisure centre development.
The expectation is to work together with organisations committed to improving the social and health outcomes of the local St Albans and wider Brimbank communities. Site uses may include, amongst others, childcare, health services, community and leisure services located adjacent to the redeveloped leisure centre.

Attending the Market Sounding Briefing:
Interested parties are invited to attend the briefing: 10 am, 20 November 2017 held at Brimbank Civic and Community Centre, 301 Hampshire Rd, Sunshine . Council will provide more details on the redevelopment and the wider social and health collaboration project, and answer any questions. Please RSVP by Monday 13 November to marketsounding@brimbank.vic.gov.au.
Lodging Responses to Market Sounding Invitation:
Council seeks confidential responses to the market sounding to help make decisions about the scope of redevelopment. Participation in this Market Sounding exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for a proposal. Responses can be sent by email to marketsounding@brimbank.vic.gov.au and are due by close of business on 1 December 2017.
