Quotations are invited from suitable qualified builders.
The works involve refurbishment of the Moresby Avenue Childcare and are to include the replacement of floor linings, decomissioning of evaporative cooling system including patching of ceiling and roofing, installation of cassette and split system A/C units, replacement of two windows and associated refurbishment works.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
The childcare closes down from Saturday December 23rd until Sunday 7th January.
Works must be completed in this time as well as on weekends before and/or after these dates on the condition that the building is fully functional for use Monday - Friday outside the dates of closure.
