Request for Tender: EACH is Seeking Suppliers for a New Finance Management System

⁠⁠⁠EACH is a company limited by guarantee and is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) as a public benevolent institution. Originally established in 1974 as the Maroondah Social Health Centre, EACH has grown significantly over the last 40 years through expansion of its services and mergers with other organisations. EACH now provides services in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania.

Services provided include mental health support, disability support, counselling and psycho-social support, child, youth and family support, employment support, primary health care and health promotion, aged care and housing.

With over 1200 staff, 270 volunteers and 37,000 clients, annual operating budget is $95 Million from over 200 programs. EACH aspires to be a truly customer-centric organisation, and to realise this strategic purpose it is enhancing its technology and work force capabilities. EACH is likely to transition 20% of its services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) within the next two years and up to 40% within the next five years, and therefore systems enhancements are key to providing better experience to both internal and external customers.

The proposed finance system will be required to leverage information from client management and other systems, thus providing an integrated platform for improved customer experience. The ideal system will meet (but not be limited to) the following core functions:
* General Ledger
* Payments and Receipts (A/P & A/R)
* Banking
* Asset management
* Expense management including Purchasing
* Statements
* Financial Performance Reporting
* Integration Abilities such as pre-defined API's
* Tax management and reporting (eg. BAS & FBT)
* Automation
