The Cathedral College Rockhampton New Library, Covered Area, Student Support Services and Associated Works
The Rockhampton Diocesan Catholic Education Office (RCEO) is inviting principal contractors to express interest for construction works at The Cathedral College, Rockhampton. The project consist of new Library (approx. 1150 m2), Covered Area (350m2), Student Support Services (400m2) and associated works.
Expressions of interest should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, staff nominated for project management and site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.
From the EOI's received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project and the discretion of the proprietor, (The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of R'ton T A Catholic Education Diocese of R'ton).
