Tender Description
The objective of this Contract is to design and deliver Council's annual building programs and provide related architectural and project management services and support in an efficient and competent manner.
The Scope of this Contract is to enable the preparation, design, documentation and delivery of the Principal's Capital and Minor Capital Works Building Programs and other building related projects. The scope also includes the provision for other professional Architectural related services on an as required basis.
