The strategy for engaging the market is likely to comprise two stages. Service providers will be invited to respond initially to this Request for Information (RFI) and subsequently if required, be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Audio-visual consultancy and project management services are (generally) managed by the Monash Building and Property Division (BPD) and contracted on an ad-hoc basis.
