Western Water on behalf of Spiire Australia Pty Ltd (as the Superintendent) and Goldfields Run Land Pty Ltd (as the Principal) invites Tenders from Contractors experienced in infrastructure works for the installation of a sewer pumping station (SPS) and associated ancillaries within the Thornhill Park residential development.
Scope of Works - Thornhill Park SPS
* Works involve the civil works and installation of a pre-cast SPS & associated ancillaries, including but not limited to; SPS wet well, branch sewer and sewer rising main within the SPS compound (including connections to the existing branch sewer and sewer rising main and associated manholes, valves & pits), emergency storage vessels, switchboard & control panel, on-site permanent generator, access road within the SPS compound and SPS compound fencing & access gates (front & rear of SPS compound), and other ancillary civil works.
* The pre-cast SPS, emergency storage vessels and associated valves, pits and pipework will be supplied by Aquatec and are to be installed by the successful tenderer. The Aquatec drawings (refer Appendix G) denote the assets being supplied by Aquatec.
* Connections will be required to the existing branch sewer and sewer rising main. These mains will be constructed under this contract where indicated on the drawings (connection point locations & necessary details are clearly marked on the civil SPS drawings). Similarly, connections will be required to the existing potable & recycled water mains and HV power cable supplying power to the SPS compound, which are also being constructed under a separate contract (connection point locations & necessary details will be clearly marked on the civil SPS drawings).
