The provision of a quality assured contract for the construction of Stage 1 Landscape Improvement Works for Templeton Reserve, Wantirna, involving the following quantities: removal of concrete (70sqm), removal of concrete pavers (84sqm), remove timber retaining wall (39sqm), removal of asphalt pavement (251sqm), construction of reinforced concrete footpaths /ramps (360sqm), reinforced concrete stairs (47sqm), granitic sand pathways (186sqm), handrails (234 lm), supply and install rockwork (20cum), topsoiling (485 sqm), removal and reinstatement of concrete kerb and channel (8.8), removal and reinstatement of weldmesh panel fencing (25 m) and associated linemarking and landscaping.

Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note that works for this contract shall be required to be completed by 16 February 2018.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.00pm, Wednesday 11 October 2017. Tender schedules will be made available in word format following the pre-tender meeting along with the pre-tender meeting minutes as an addendum.
