Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The aim of the procurement is to successfully appoint a NSW Health ComPacks Program Panel for the 2018-19 financial year and beyond. The ComPacks Program provides case management and home based non-clinical services for patients discharged from NSW participating public hospitals.

Procurement will have two stages: Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP). Those respondents that are successful at the EOI stage will move through to the RFP stage. The term of the contract will be for three years with the option of two, one year extensions (3+1+1).
