As part of the RMIT Bundoora Campus Building 202 and Building 251 redevelopment, RMIT is offering an opportunity for interested parties to build retail, food and beverage experience to its student and staff community that is both engaging and diverse in its offer.  The aim is to develop a refreshing approach to retail and food service within a University environment.

This service will be allocated to a single operator who will be expected to provide a full service within Building 202 and a smaller pop up service within Building 251; trade requirements and offers within Building 251 will be developed collaboratively with the successful applicant and the campus leaders.
