Hume City Council is seeking food and drink vendors, Christmas themed stallholders, and performers for the Carols by Candlelight Craigieburn event, to be held on Saturday 5 December 2026 at Craigieburn Anzac Park.

About

Carols by Candlelight is a highlight of the festive season, bringing the community together for an evening of celebration. The program includes a variety of festive roving performances, children's activities, food, a Christmas themed market, and community stalls. This free community event has previously attracted approximately 10,000 attendees and runs from 5pm to 8.30pm.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of food and drink vending services at the event
  • Provision of Christmas themed market stalls
  • Provision of performances as part of the event program

Eligibility

  • Only Christmas themed stallholders are being sought for this event
