The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is seeking to identify potential suppliers with the appropriate capabilities and experience to provide a centralised valuation calculation system that is to be used by Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) as the Valuation Authority for the State of Victoria or Councils who have handed over responsibility to VGV for rating valuations.

VGV is the state’s independent authority on property valuations. The Valuation of Land Act 1960 establishes the process for the administration of rating and taxing valuations in Victoria and is currently subject to proposed amendments.

The following services are required:
* Service A: Valuation System
* Service B: Site Set Up
* Service C: Training and Support

The period of the contract in which these services are to be provided is 5 with an option for a further two years.

Suppliers are registered with the Victorian Government e-Services registered will be invited to respond to the Expression of Interest (EOI).

Interested suppliers must register their expression of interest to sarah.crabbe@delwp.vic.gov.au.

Expressions of Interest close at 2.00 pm on Thursday 28 September 2017.

Interested suppliers must be registered with the Victorian Government e-Services Register to participate in the RFT which will be released through the E Services Register in November 2017.
