Wellington Shire Council invites suitably qualified builders to tender for the redevelopment of the football change rooms at the Cowwarr Recreation Reserve. Works for the new 220m2 change facility includes football home and away change rooms, netball home and away change rooms and unisex umpires change rooms and amenities. Works also include the addition of a new entry, accessible toilet and female toilet to the existing pavilion.
All tenderers must register with the council to obtain the tender documents, which are available via website download or email.
