Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites Tenders for the provision of Enteral Feeding & Oral Nutrition Support products (Supplementary tender) to Participating Health Services (“the Health Services”).
Supplementary Contract Term: 2 years, with an additional 1 x 2 year option.

Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 10:00am AEST 15 September 2017. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries.
Tenders must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal.
Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions, Clause 3.12 Delivery Method. Tender submissions are NOT to be lodged with the Authorised Contact Person.
Late Tender Submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions, Clause 3.11 Late Tenders.
