Tender Description
BHS is seeking responses to this Request for Tender BHSSUP2017-001 for the provision of Custom Procedure Packs under a Ballarat Health Services Goods and Services arrangement. The successful tenderer will require a relevant background and demonstrated capacity to successfully provide the Goods and Services described in the RFT. The RFT consists of: the scope of supply includes the following categories:
a) Generic;
b) Theatre;
c) Urology;
d) Cardiovascular;
e) Midwifery;
f) Obstetrics / Gynae
g) Ear / Nose / Throat;
h) Orthopaedic;
i) Radiology;
j) Paediatrics;
k) Other categories of Custom Procedure Pack as may be agreed between the Parties during the Term of the Agreement.
