Tender Description
The successful contractor shall refurbish the western half of Building 206 and enclose a semi open storage area of Building 208 to create a dangerous goods store. The buildings are located centrally and at the north end of CSIRO’s Clayton site. Construction access will be via Gate 3, Normanby Road, Clayton.
The scope of services for the construction stage is separated into two parts as demarcated in the construction documentation and generally described as:
(a) Separable Portion 1 - Fit Out of B206 and associated equipment for the Centre including roof mounted exhaust fans and generator set.
(b) Separable Portion 2 - Modifications to B208, fire water containment and associated works, external stairs, external walkways and falls protection
