Tender Description
Hume City Council is seeking submissions from qualified consultants specialising in condition auditing and performance measurement of sports lighting systems.
Consultants should be experienced in:
* Inspection and condition auditing of sports lighting infrastructure;
* Testing the compliance of existing systems against Australian Standards including 2560 – Sport Lighting and AS. 4282 -1997 Control of the Obtrusive Effects of Outdoor Lighting;
* The identification of existing system deficiencies and the development of accurate infrastructure cost estimates (both for upgraded and new sports lighting systems);
* The preparation of detailed audit reports.
