A requirement exists for suitably experienced and qualified consultancy services to oversee the design, procurement, construction and practical completion of Cell 2 Design & Construction Project.
The Cell 2 Design & Construction Project is for the construction of an EPA BEPM Compliant Landfill Cell and Leachate Containment and Management System. The Landfill Cell volume will be approximately 80,000m3 capacity and provide airspace for the disposal of waste for the Benalla Rural City Council for the next 3 years.
The Cell 2 Construction Project will be delivered in three phases;
* Design, Specification and Construction Contract review - Develop contractual documentation
* Procurement Activities
* Construction - Provide project management and supervision of the construction, auditing and quality assurance activities until practical completion of the project is achieved.
