Inner West Council invites Expressions of Interest from individuals, groups of individuals, small firms, small companies, incorporated associations and organisations, to lease 12-14 Seaview Street, Dulwich Hill for a term of 5 years for a commercial, business, service provision, community, or other use permitted with consent in the zoning (B2 - Local Centre).
