Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by The Crown in right of the State of New South Wales, acting through the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH).
This Request for Tender (RFT) tender_1014 seeks tenders from suppliers to provide ICT development and maintenance services to the Sustainability Programs Branch of OEH. The services provided will deliver and implement program outcomes as part of the NSW Government’s:
* Climate Change Fund Strategic Plan (CCFSP)
* Government Resource Efficiency Policy (GREP)
* Commercial Building Disclosure Scheme (NABERS administration).
The services required are described in Part B - Statement of Requirements of this RFT.
In accordance with NSW Procurement Board Direction 2012-2, when procuring ICT related goods and services, the Agency is obliged to engage suppliers from the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme.
The successful Respondent must be prequalified with advanced status under the NSW Government ICT Services Scheme to provide the following service categories:
* M01 Business Analysis
* M02 Custom application development including delivery as a service
* M04 Other software services including delivery as a service
* M05 Information Management Services including delivery as a service
* M06 Web Design and Content Management Services including delivery as a service
* M07 Software support and maintenance
* M08 Testing services
