Tender Description
The Borough of Queenscliffe (Council) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Queenscliff Recreation Reserve Sport Precinct Civil Construction in accordance with the Scope of Works defined within this request for tender.
In general the work consists of the following:
* Demolition of existing buildings
* Demolition of existing infrastructure including cricket practice wicket
* Earthworks and retaining wall
* Construction of roadway, kerbing, footpath and carpark
* Construction of sporting facilities including a netball courts and cricket nets
* Construction of underground utility services including water, stormwater, sewer, electrical and communications.
* Installation of playground
* landscaping
