⁠⁠⁠Victoria University is seeking proponents to deliver a world class Melbourne CBD precinct focused on education and innovation with complementary commercial activities.

Unique Melbourne CBD precinct with landmark heritage property and significant development potential.

Opportune investment environment in an area of the Melbourne CBD with growing demand for commercial property.

Opportunity to enter into a long-term partnership with one of Victoria's leading education institutions.

Interested proponents are invited to attend an information briefing session held as part of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process at 8:00am on Friday 11 August 2017, at lecture theatre, GL01 at the Former Records Office, 295 Queen Street, Melbourne.

Victoria University is inviting suitably qualified proponents to submit an EOI by 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on 29 August 2017.
