Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of Tower Hill estate Stages 11 & 12.
Tower Hill – Stage 11 is a 26 Lot residential development located to the west of SandalwoodStage 12 will be 19 lots and includes the continuation of the Tower Hill development to the north of the proposed Stage 11.
The works include but are not limited to;
- Preparation, approval and maintenance of a Site Management and Quality Control Plan.
- Environmental Management Plan
- Site establishment and site preparation
- Demolition works
- Earthworks
- Sewerage reticulation works
- Road formation
- Drainage works
- Installation of gas reticulation
- Water reticulation works
- Road construction
- Concrete works
- Installation of service conduits
- Modification to existing services
- Shared trenching for power and NBN asset.
