Expressions of Interest is sought from Builders in the category of Unlimited Domestic and Commercial Category for the construction of a 61 Dwelling Retirement Village and associated Community Centre, to be constructed at the Karadoc Hill Retirement Village site at 1039 Karadoc Avenue, Irymple for Southern Cross Care Broken Hill (SCCBH).
In addition to Building works, the development will include construction of infrastructure such as roads, sewer, water, drainage etc.
The development will be staged over approximately three/four years, pending sale of the dwellings.
Southern Cross Care Broken Hill will consider all Expressions of interests.
Tenders will be invited from a number of respondents whom Expression of Interest indicates their suitability for the project. Qualified Local Builders are encouraged to apply.
