Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced contractors for the construction of change rooms, amenities and associated infrastructure at Olympic Park Recreation Reserve, Rosebud.
Works consist of the demolition of the existing pavilion change rooms and construction of a new stand alone building (approx. 600m2), paths, scorers box, landscaping and car park.
These works are programed to commence in January 2018.
Tenderers must be registered and pre-qualified with the Victorian State Government’s Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supply Register to be eligible for this contract.
